Sherrie Wolf's 2005 painting "Fruit Plate at Yosemite" appears on the cover of a new book by Amy Bloom, titled "Away". The book was reviewed in the New York Times on August 20, 2007. The last paragraph of the review reads:

As befits all these qualities, “Away” has the uncommonly beautiful cover image (from a painting by Sherrie Wolf) of a still-life fruit bowl juxtaposed upon a broad vista of Yosemite Valley. It perfectly encapsulates what can be found between these covers: interludes of voluptuous, precious intimacy as way-stations on a long and rugged journey.
